Cookingwise, that is. Our own Family Food calls these pecan sandies; I’ve also heard them referred to as wedding cookies. This is what I was trying to bake the other day when the result was crumblies instead of nice little butter balls. Using a different recipe helped. This one called for twice as much flour, a little water, and much less time in the oven.
Final proof – they were gone in under two hours!
