- Harvesting Winter Berry
- Sun Struck
- Catkins
- Curly Grass
- Lenten Roses
We’ve had some lovely days this Winter – enjoyed one of them last week strolling thru Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. Thought I might see some daffodils, but not quite yet. Did find lovely camillas, lenten roses and pansies blooming. The conservatory has a beautiful display of cyclamens, one of my very favorite flowers. I went to sketch winter seed pods and grasses, but wound up mostly taking photos. Love my 10x zoom – allowed me to get several good shots of a snacking mockingbird! The stick sculpture has held up well – should be around for at least another year.
